This Information Notice has been issued by Habby Pet (“HabbyPet”) in its capacity as data controller, in accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”) and applicable regulations, to inform you about how your personal data is processed, shared, and protected.
1. What Personal Data Do We Process?
We process the following categories of personal data:
a) Identity and Contact Information:
• Name, surname, Turkish ID number, passport or temporary ID number
• Place and date of birth, marital status, gender, insurance number
• Address, phone number, email address, and similar communication details
b) Communications and Recordings:
• Call recordings handled by customer service and marketing teams
• Personal data obtained via email, mail, or other contact channels
c) Financial Information:
• Bank account numbers, IBANs, credit card and billing details
d) Employment and Recruitment Data:
• CVs, job applications, employment-related documents
• Data relating to suitability for employment
e) Health and Safety Information:
• Health records from contracted occupational health providers (OSGB)
• Private insurance and Social Security Institution (SGK) data
• Health and sexual life information when legally permitted
f) On-Site Monitoring:
• Security camera footage and vehicle license plate information

Administrative and technical safeguards are applied in all data sharing processes. If required beyond legal grounds, your consent will be obtained.
4. Your Rights as a Data Subject
Under Article 11 of KVKK, you have the right to:
a. Learn whether your personal data is being processed
b. Request information about processing activities
c. Access and request a copy of your personal data
d. Learn the purpose of processing and whether it’s used appropriately
e. Learn the third parties to whom your data has been transferred (domestically or abroad)
f. Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
g. Request deletion or destruction of your data as per Article 7 of KVKK
h. Request that corrections or deletions be shared with third parties
i. Object to decisions made solely based on automated processing
j. Seek compensation for damages resulting from unlawful processing

5. How to Apply
Applications must include proof of identity and can be submitted via:
• In-person delivery
• Notary mail
• Secure electronic signature via email to info@habbypet.com
• Further methods as announced by the Personal Data Protection Board
Responses will be provided within 30 business days of receiving your request. Depending on the scope, a fee may be charged in accordance with KVKK.
