Request for Information Under the Law on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK)

Explanatory Note

Pursuant to Article 11 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), individuals whose personal data is processed (“data subjects”) have the right to request information and take certain actions regarding their personal data.

According to Article 13(1) of KVKK, applications must be submitted to our company, HabbyPet (acting as the data controller), either in writing or via methods designated by the Personal Data Protection Board.

Submission Methods

You may submit this form using one of the following methods:

Deliver the completed form to the following address in a sealed envelope labeled
“Request Under the Law on the Protection of Personal Data”

Send the completed form to the same address as above, with the same envelope label.

⚠️ HabbyPet will inform the public once additional submission methods are announced by the Personal Data Protection Board.

Applications will be evaluated and responded to within 30 days from the date of receipt, depending on the nature of the request. Responses will be provided in writing or electronically. A fee may be charged as stipulated by the KVKK.

You may submit this form by one of the methods listed above, provided that the data is processed by HabbyPet in its capacity as data controller. The information you provide in this form is required to identify you and respond to your request in a timely and lawful manner.
